摘　　要：以JL1X1/G2A-1250/100-437钢芯成型铝绞线为例,介绍了同截面型线与圆线结构导线的特点,以及钢芯成型铝绞线的生产工艺,包括与之相配套的电工圆铝杆生产工艺、梯形铝型线生产工艺、钢芯成型铝绞线绞制生产工艺。Taking JL1X1 / G2A-1250 /100-437 steel reinforced formed aluminum conductor as example,the paper introduced the characteristics of both shaped and round lines. At the same time,it recommended the manufacturing technique reinforced formed aluminum conductor,including electrician round aluminum rod's producing process,trapezoidal shape aluminum wire's producing process and steel core aluminum stranded wire's stranding producing process.
