摘　　要：以采煤机变频装置用电缆为研究对象,论述了采煤机变频装置用电缆的结构设计思路,指出了其加工制造过程中关键技术难点的工艺控制,所试制出的电缆,经检测主要性能指标符合设计要求。Taking flexible rubber cables used in frequency converter of coal cutters as research object,the paper is concerned with design ideas of the those cables and points out the key technical controlling of processing manufacturing them. All those cables that have been made meet designing requirements after testing.
