摘　　要：炼厂内氢气管网处于富氢状态,利用氢气管网内的多余氢气替代PP装置的水电解制氢,不但可以降低能耗,还能解决水电解制氢后续处理难的环保问题。In the refinery hydrogen gas of pipe network is in rich of hydrogen. Using hydrogen gas pipe network in excess hydrogen instead of polypropylene unit water electrolysis hydrogen production device is can not only reduce the energy consumption and economic benefit is obvious but also solve the environmental problems of water electrolysis hydrogen subsequent processing. .
