摘 要:目的分析探讨应用硫酸头孢噻利治疗呼吸及泌尿系统细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将2013年7月-2014年2月医院收治50例呼吸系统感染及60例泌尿系统感染患者分别随机分为两组,分别给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗(对照组)及头孢噻利治疗(观察组),每组有25例呼吸系统感染患者及30例泌尿系统感染患者,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及安全性,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果呼吸系统感染观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间分别为(3.16±1.16)(6.01±1.92)d及(4.11±1.17)d,均明显短于呼吸系统感染对照组(5.16±2.14)(9.11±3.17)d及(7.16±2.78)d(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论硫酸头孢噻利治疗呼吸系统及泌尿系统细菌感染安全有效。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cefoselis sulfate in treatment of respiratory and urinary systems with bacterial infections so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment .METHODS A total of 50 patients with respiratory system infections and 60 patients with urinary system infections who were treated in the hospital from Jul 2013 to Feb 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups ,with 25 cases of respiratory system infections and 30 cases of urinary system infections in each group .The control group was treated with cefoperazone‐sulbactam ,while the observation group was treated with cefoselis .The clinical thera‐peutic effect and safety were observed and compared between the two groups of patients ,and the statistical analy‐sis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 19 .0 software .RESULTS The time of recovery of body tempera‐ture of the patients with respiratory system infections was (3 .16 ± 1 .16)days in the observation group ,signifi‐cantly shorter than (5 .16 ± 2 .14)days in the control group ;the time of disappearance of cough of the patients with respiratory system infections was (6 .01 ± 1 .92)days in the observation group ,significantly shorter than (9 .11 ± 3 .17)days in the control group ;the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales of the patients with respiratory sys‐tem infections was (4 .11 ± 1 .17)days in the observation group ,significantly shorter than (7 .16 ± 2 .78)days in the control group (P〈0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the total incidence of drug‐induced adverse reac‐tions between the two groups .CONCLUSION Cefoselis sulfate is safe and effective in the treatment of the respira‐tory and urinary systems with bacterial infections .
