5E康复模式对降低腹膜透析患者医院感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究5E康复模式对腹膜透析患者医院感染发生率的临床研究,以寻找有效方法降低医院感染率。方法选择2013年2月-2014年10月240例腹膜透析患者,将所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各120例,试验组采用5E康复模式护理,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,比较两组患者医院感染率及感染病原菌分布,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组腹膜透析患者发生医院感染16例,感染率13.3%,对照组发生感染41例,感染率34.2%;试验组与对照组感染患者检出病原菌均以肺炎克雷伯菌为主,分别占28.3%与27.8%,其次依次为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色假丝酵母菌及阴沟肠杆菌。结论 5E康复模式有助于降低腹膜透析患者医院感染率,是一种有效的临床护理康复模式。OBJECTIVE To study effects of the “5E” rehabilitation modality on hospital infection rates of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis so as to find effective ways to reduce hospital infection rates .METHODS Totally 240 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis during Feb .2013 to Oct .2014 were enrolled .The patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the test group and the control group with 120 patients in each group .The test group re‐ceived nursing“5E”rehabilitation modality ,while the control group received the conventional method of health ed‐ucation .The two groups of patients were compared for the hospital infection rate and the circumstances of patho‐gens .The software SPSS17 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS Totally 16 patients in the test group and 41 in the control group had hospital infections ,the infection rate was 13 .3% and 34 .2% respectively ,the differ‐ence was significant （P〈0 .05） .The predominant bacteria were K lebsiella pneumoniae in both groups ,which ac‐counted for 28 .3% in the test group and 27 .8% in the control group ,followed by Escherichia coli ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Candida albicans and Enterobacter cloacae .CONCLUSION“5E”rehabilitation modality helps to reduce the incidence of hospital infections in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis ,which is an effective modality for clinical care and rehabilitation .
