眼科患者术后不同换药时机对感染的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同换药时机对眼科手术患者术后医院感染的影响,为降低眼科手术感染率提供参考依据。方法选取2012年6月-2013年12月行眼睑手术患者320例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各160例,对照组患者于术后48h进行局部换药,观察组患者于术后24h对手术部位进行局部换药;对两组患者感染率进行统计,并于术后7d对两组患者切口愈合进行评价,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行分析。结果观察组患者术后切口无感染病例,对照组有4例患者确定感染,感染率为2.50%,对照组患者感染率明显高于观察组;对照组甲、乙及丙级切口愈合率分别为91.88%、6.88%及1.25%,观察组分别为96.88%、3.13%及0;两组患者切口愈合率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对眼睑手术患者术后早期换药有利于其切口愈合,减少感染的发生,术后24h是较为理想的换药时机。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of different timing of dressing change on hospital infections in pa‐tients after ophthalmological surgery ,so as to provide reference to reduce the infection rate of ophthalmological surgery .METHODS Totally 320 cases of eyelid surgery during Jun .2012 to Dec .2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,160 cases in each group .Patients in the control group received local dressing change at postoperative 48 h ,patients in the observation group at postoperative 24 h .The incidence of in‐fection in the two groups was summarized and incision healing was evaluated in the two groups after 7 d .Data were analyzed by software SPSS 13 .0 .RESULTS None patients had incision infections in the observation group and 4 patients were confirmed to have infection in the control group with the infection rate of 2 .50% ,indicating the infection rate was significantly higher in the control group than in the observation group .The rate of grade A , B and C healing was 91 .88% ,6 .88% ,and 1 .25% in the control group and 96 .88% ,3 .13% ,and 0 in the obser‐vation group ,with significant differences （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION Early dressing changes is beneficial for eyelid surgery and reduces incidence of infections .Postoperative 24 h is an ideal timing of dressing change .
