呼吸科患儿医院感染的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的：调查与分析呼吸科患儿医院感染发生状况，以制定相应的护理措施，控制和降低医院感染的发生率。方法回顾性分析医院呼吸科2009年6月－2013年7月收治的8289例患儿临床资料，分析其医院感染发生率，医院感染疾病构成及医院感染患儿年龄分布，采用SPSS 17．0软件进行统计分析。结果共259例发生医院感染，感染率为3．1％；患儿发生医院感染部位包括上呼吸道、下呼吸道、胃肠道及其他等，感染率分别为0．8％、0．3％、0．7％及1．4％，呈逐年增高的趋势；＜1岁患儿感染率高达55．2％，1～3岁为29．0％、3～7岁为11．6％、＞7岁者仅为4．2％。结论加强病房环境消毒、提高医务人员手卫生、加强健康教育有利于降低医院感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the prevalence rate of infections in the department of respiration in hospital wards ,so as to formulate the corresponding nursing measures to control and reduce the incidence of hospital infections .METHODS The clinical data of 8289 cases with hospital infections in Department of respiration from Jun .2009 to Jul .2013 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed .The incidence of nosocomial infections , age ,and distribution of hospital infection diseases were analyzed .SPSS 17 .0 software was adopted to make statis‐tical analysis .RESULTS Among the 8289 patients hospitalized in the department of respiration and department of children ,259 cases occurred hospital infections ,and the hospital infection rate was 3 .1% on average .The infec‐tion sites included upper respiratory tract ,low respiratory tract ,gastrointestinal tract and other places ,and the infection rates were 0 .8% ,0 .3% ,0 .7% and 1 .4% respectively ,which increased year by year .Children under 1 years of age had the infection rate up to 55 .2% ,and those 1~3 years old infected children accounted for 29 .0% . Children aged 3~7 years old accounted for 11 .6% ,and those aged over 7 years old accounted for only 4 .2% . CONCLUSION Strengthening the sterilization of ward environment ,improving hand hygiene of medical staff ,and reinforcing the health education are helpful to reduce the incidence of hospital infections .
