摘  要:目的应用快速生物监测法对植入型器械的灭菌效果进行监测,解决传统生物检测时间过长问题。方法自2010年9月-2013年12月医院应用3M290G快速生物监测阅读器、用1292自含式生物指示剂,对植入型手术器械灭菌进行快速生物监测618锅次,快速监测法每次培养3h观察结果。结果对植入型器械高压蒸汽灭菌进行快速生物监测共618锅次,监测结果均合格;快速生物指示剂培养仅需3h即可判断结果,而普通生物监测至少需要48h才能出结果,由此得出快速生物监测明显缩短了出结果的时间。结论快速生物监测法3h出结果,快速为植入型器械提供灭菌成功信息,保证植入型手术器械的快捷发放,安全使用,缩短手术患者等待手术的时间,提高社会效益和经济效益。OBJECTIVE To monitor the sterilization effect of the implantable medical devices by using the rapid bio‐logical indicator monitoring method so as to solve the problem of long time of conventional biological detection . METHODS From Sep 2010 to Dec 2013 ,the rapid biological surveillance of 618 pot‐times of implantable surgical devices was carried out by using 3M290G Auto‐Reader and 1292 self‐contained biological indicator ,and the result of each 3‐hour culture was observed with the use of rapid surveillance method .RESULTS Of totally 618 pot‐times of implantable medical devices treated with high pressure steam sterilization , the rapid biological surveillance showed that all the surveillance results were qualified .The culture with the rapid biological indicator only needed 3 hours to determine the results ,while the conventional biological monitoring needed at least 48 hours ,and it was concluded that the rapid biological surveillance has remarkably shorten the time to obtain the result . CONCLUSION The rapid biological surveillance needs 3 hours to obtain the result ,offers the information for suc‐cessful sterilization of the implantable medical devices ,ensures the shortcut assignment and safe application of the implantable surgical devices ,shortens the time to wait for the surgery ,and raises the social and economic benefit .
