摘 要:目的通过观察对比两种消毒方法对降低麻醉机内部通气回路细菌含量的效果,降低全麻患者术后呼吸道感染的有效性,为预防术后医源性感染的发生提供理论依据。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月300例行甲状腺手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例;均采用麻醉机辅助下全身麻醉,观察组患者使用的麻醉机采用ZJ-XD-I型医院仪器管路消毒机对其内部呼吸回路消毒,对照组使用的麻醉机仍然采用传统方法进行清洗消毒,对比两组患者发生呼吸道感染率,数据采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组麻醉机细菌检出阳性率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的13.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者肺部感染率为3.33%,明显低于对照组患者的14.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范、有效的对麻醉机内部回路进行消毒,可有效降低麻醉机通气回路的细菌阳性率,明显降低全身麻患者术后呼吸道感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To observe the effectiveness of the two disinfection methods for reducing bacterial content in the internal loop of anesthesia machine ,so as to reduce postoperative respiratory tract infections in patients with general anesthesia and to provide theoretical references for preventing postoperative nosocomial infections . METHODS A total of 300 cases of patients with thyroid surgeries from Jan .2013 to Jan .2014 were selected and divided randomly into observation group and control group with 150 cases each .All patients adopted general anes‐thesia with anesthesia machines .For the anesthesia machines used by the observation group ,their inside breathing circuit were disinfected by disinfection machine of ZJ‐XD‐I‐type tubing instrument ,while for the anesthesia ma‐chines used by control group ,the traditional methods were taken to clean and disinfect ,but the internal of anes‐thesia machines are not disinfected .Respiratory tract infection rates in the two groups were compared and all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21 .0 software .RESULTS The bacteria‐positive rate in the observation group was 2 .50% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 13 .75% (P〈0 .01) .Pulmonary in‐fection rate in the significently group was 3 .33% in the observation group and the rate was significantly lower in the control group (14 .67% ) (P〈0 .01) .CONCLUSION Regular and effective disinfection of the internal loop of the anesthesia machines can effectively reduce the bacteria‐positive rate of the ventilation circuits in anesthesia ma‐chines ,and can remarkably reduce the incidence of respiratory infections of systemic anesthesia patients .
