摘　　要：选择素家族属于细胞粘附分子,广泛在白细胞、内皮细胞及血小板表面表达,与炎症发生、白细胞归巢、肿瘤的转移等多种过程密切相关。近年来选择素家族在皮肤病方面的研究日益增多,本文将对其在皮肤病的炎症过程、免疫应答及肿瘤转移等中的表达及变化进行简要综述。Selectins is a member of the family of cell adhesion molecules, and widely expressed on the surface of leukocyte, endothelial cell and platelet, closely related to inflammation, leukocyte homing, tumor migration and more other processes. In recent years, more research on selectins of dermatosis increased. This article is a brief review on dermatosis inflammation, immune response and tumor metastasis of the expression and change of selectins.
