摘  要:对目前矿用蓄电池电机车的研究现状进行了分析,针对国家对电机车高性能及智能化要求,徐州凯思特机电科技有限公司对矿用蓄电池电机车的斩波控制系统、电机车蓄电池智能充电系统、制动系统、撒沙装置及井下智能调度系统进行了研究,开发了一种新型矿用高性能、智能化蓄电池电机车装置,在尽可能减少系统建设成本的基础上,实现矿用蓄电池电机车的高效安全运营,从而推动矿用隔爆型蓄电池电机车的技术改革。Has analyzed the present research situation of mine accumulator locomotive, aimed at the requirements of high performance and intelligence for the battery locomotive in our country, battery locomotive chopper control system, battery intelligent charging system, brake system, sanding device and intelligent scheduling system were analyzed in Xuzhou Custer Electrical and Mechanical Science and Technology Ltd., and a new mine high performance, intelligent battery locomotive was developed, by which, the cost of system was reduced as much as possible, while efficient and safe operation of battery locomotive was achieved, so as to promote the reform of battery locomotive used in mine.
