摘 要:利用等离子熔覆技术,在Q235A普通低碳钢板表面熔覆一层复合材料,获得了与基体呈冶金结合的涂层。熔覆层的干摩擦磨损试验表明,复合粉末熔覆层耐磨性大幅提高,分别为Ni60AA的3.25倍,为Q235A的4.41倍;合金堆焊层及硬质合金头材料瓦斯引燃安全性试验表明:合金堆焊层及硬质合金头材料与锈钢摩擦均不产生火花;采用等离子堆焊-钻孔-钎焊-热处理的加工工艺,就可以防止钎焊缝因等离子堆焊而开裂;井下工业试验表明:本次开发的试验截齿寿命较长,无火花。Plasma cladding was carried out on the surface of Q235A steel. The coating obtained is well bonded with the substrate. Testing under dry sliding wear showed that the composite coating can get the best wear peril)finance. The testing life is 3.25 times as Ni60AA and 4.41 times as Q235A. Dry sliding friction between coating and Q235A steel wouldn't make sparks, and so do hard alloy and Q235A steel. It can prevent the rod weld crack caused by plasma jet energy under the process of plasma cladding-hole-rod weld-heat treatment. The industry experiment under well showed that the developing picks has a long life anti no sparks.
