摘 要:针对煤矿井下车辆轮边制动器分体式主轴破坏的实例,详细分析了其发生断裂破坏的原因,并提出了整体式主轴的改进方案,通过对改进后主轴进行恶劣工况下的有限元分析,合理校核了其强度和刚度,验证了改进设计的可行性,经实际工程应用表明,整体式主轴能够满足实际工况需求,保证了制动器的可靠性。Based on the case of an end wheel brake axle failure in coal vehicle, the reason of the failure is analyzed detailedly, and a whole axle is proposed as the improvement method in this word. By doing element analysis about the improved axle under a badly condition, the strength and stiffness of the axle is researched reasonably, which verifies the feasibility of the improvement design. The practical project application indicates that a whole axle can satisfy the work condition, and the reliability of the brake is guaranteed.
