摘　　要：为解决岩巷出矸系统不配套,实现岩巷快速掘进,研究出采用耙斗装岩机转矸,矸石后续转运采用自主研制的可移动式缓冲转载带式输送机一次实现5个3 t底卸式矿车连续转矸,该装置具有安装、拆卸、移动快捷简单,增加单循环矸石装药量效果明显,减少出矸时间,调车周转次数明显减少,减轻职工劳动强度,提高作业效率和工时利用率。For solution rock lane out waste system not supporting, achieved rock lane fast dig into, research out used rake bucket loaded rock machine turned waste,waste stone follow-up trans-used independent developed of can mobile type buffer reproduced belt conveying machine once achieved 5 a 3 t late unloading type harvesters continuous turned waste,the device has installation,and demolition, and mobile shortcut simple,increased single cycle waste stone 16aded dose effect obviously,reduced absolute out waste time,adjustable car turnover times obviously reduced,greatly reduce workers intensity,improve job efficiency and work utilization.
