摘 要:天然气井在酸化(压裂)后出现套管头漏气情况,常规的处理方法存在工序多、工作量大和井喷失控风险的不足。通过技术探索,在某特高产天然气井试验成功了一种在不起出井内管柱情况下对套管头漏气问题的整改方法。该方法的关键技术是,利用井底承担坐封力以外的多余管柱重量,实现对联接在井内原有管柱上端的PT封隔器在靠近井口附近井段的有效坐封,为套管头漏气问题的整改,提供良好安全保障。Gas leakage at the casing head appears after acidification(fracturing)operation in natural gas wells,and the conventional approach has deficiencies of many procedures,workload and the risk of blowout out of control.Through the technical exploration,a rectification method to gas leakage problem from casing head under the situation of without lifting pipe string in a super high yield gas well has been tested successfully.The key technique of this method is that using bottom to bear the weight of the redundant pipe string beyond of set force,achieves effectively setting of the P-T packer in the near vicinity of well head coupled at the upper end of original string pipe,which provides a good security for the rectification of casing head leakage problems.
