摘 要:塔里木油田超深碳酸盐岩储层温度高,酸岩反应速度快,酸蚀裂缝长度短,闭合应力高,有效导流能力保持时间短,水力加砂压裂液为惰性液体,侧向沟通能力差。结合常规酸压和水力加砂压裂的优点提出交联酸携砂酸压技术。室内实验了交联酸的交联、携砂、耐温耐剪切和破胶性能,同时研究了酸对支撑剂性能的影响、酸岩反应对冻胶携砂性能的影响,验证了交联酸携砂酸压的可行性。现场应用表明:携砂酸压沟通了更多的储集体,增大了改造体积,为碳酸盐岩储层改造提供了一种新的技术手段。Of carbonate reservoir in Tarim oilfield,the temperature is higher,reaction rate of acid and rock is faster,length of acid corrosion cracks is shorter,close stress is higher,sustained time of effective conductivity is also shorter,hydraulic sand fracturing fluid is nonreactive,and the penetrating capability in fracturing wall is not well.The sand fracturing using cross-linked acid is proposed which combined the advantage of acid fracturing and sand fracturing.The cross-link,sand-taking,temperature and shearing tolerance,gel break behavior of the acid is experimented in laboratory,meanwhile,the influence of proppant in acid and sand-taking behavior for acid-rock reaction is also studied and the feasibility of sand fracturing using cross-linked acid is verified.The field application demonstrates that this technology communicates more reservoirs,increases stimulated reservoir volume,which provides a new approach for the stimulation of carbonate reservoir.
