摘　　要：目的分析军队离退休老干部慢性病患者自我效能的现状及其影响因素,为进一步开展自我管理干预研究提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、中文版慢性病管理自我效能量表、Beck抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表,采用便利抽样的方法,对北京市5家军队离退休老干部休养所的离退休老干部进行自我效能现况的调查。结果老干部慢性病患者的自我效能总体水平为(6.22±1.91)分,处于中等水平,其中疾病共性管理效能显著高于症状管理效能(P<0.05);年龄、婚姻状况、出院后时间、抑郁评分以及社会支持是军队离退休老干部自我效能的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论军队老干部慢性病患者的自我效能仍有待于进一步提高。医院护理人员应根据其影响因素,与军队老干部休养所医护人员建立合作关系,构建有效的社会支持系统,并开展过渡期延续护理服务,以提高老干部的自我效能。Objective To analyze self-efficacy and the influencing factors among retired military veteran cadres with chronic diseases, in order to provide references for further implement of the self-management intervention study. Methods By using the self-designed general questionnaire, the Chinese version of self- efficacy scale in chronic disease management, Beck self-rating depression scale, and social support scale, retired military veteran cadres in 5 sanatoriums in Beijing were investigated. Results The score of self- efficacy was 6.22!1.91 ,which was in a moderate level.The disease common management efficacy was sig- nificantly higher than the sympotion management efficacy （P 〈 0.05）, and age, marital status, discharged time,depression state and social support were the influencing factors of self-efficacy （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-efficacy in retired military veteran cadres with chronic diseases can be further improved.According to the influencing factors, nurses in hospital and community clinic should cooperate to build an effective social support system and to perform the transitional care in the future, thus to improve the self-efficacy in retired military veteran cadres.
