摘  要:目的了解医院员工对患者安全文化现状的评估,为患者安全文化改进提供依据。方法便利抽样选取重庆市某儿童医院不同类别员工367名,运用医院患者安全文化调查表对其进行调查。结果员工对所在科室患者安全评价为"非常好"占6.8%,评价为"很好"占52.0%。患者安全文化的认知同意率最高的维度为:组织学习与持续改进(85.65%);同意率较低的维度包括:人员配置(30.79%)、对错误的非惩罚性反应(39.87%)、事件报告的频率(41.87%)、沟通的公开程度(44.32%)、交接班与转科(48.77%)、对患者安全的总体感受(48.77%)。不同工作岗位、有无职务及和患者直接联系与否者的部分条目得分差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医院员工有着较积极的患者安全文化,但部分领域需要改进。Objective To understand the current status of patient safety culture by hospital staffs and to provide the basis for patient safety improvement. Methods By convenience sampling, 367 staffs were se- lected and investigated by using hospital patient safety culture questionnaire. Results Staffs gave their work unit a patient safety grade of 'excellent' (6.8%) or very 'good' (52.0%).The dimension that re- ceived the highest positive response rate was 'organizational learning and continuous improvement' (85.65%).The six dimensions with the least scores were 'staffing' (30.79%),' non-punitive response to errors' (39.87%), 'frequency of events reported' (41.87%), 'communication openness' (44.32%), 'hand- offs ~ transitions' (48.77 %) and ' overall perceptions of patient safety' (48.77 %).There is statistical signif- icance between different professional workers, whether have administrative position, whether have direct interaction or contact with patients (all P〈0.05).Conclusion The hospital has a positive safety culture, but improvements are still needed in some areas.
