护理路径信息系统在军队高血压干部疗养中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解护理路径信息系统在军队高血压干部疗养中的应用效果。方法 2013年1-12月,南京军区鼓浪屿疗养院共接收军队高血压疗养员1030例,按来院先后将其分为对照组505例和观察组525例,对照组疗养员给予传统的疗养护理,观察组疗养员应用护理路径信息系统进行干预,疗养结束时比较两组患者的护理满意度及疗养效果。结果疗养结束时,观察组疗养员的护理满意度及疗养效果均高于或优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在军队干部高血压病疗养工作中,应用疗养护理路径信息系统服务模式可以提高疗养员的服务满意度及疗养效果。Objective To understand the application effect of nursing path information system in the recu- peration of military cadres with hypertension.Methods Totally 1030 cases were selected and divded in to control group （n =505） and observation group （n = 525）.The control group received traditional recuperate nursing, and observation group was applied to nursing path information system. The nursing satisfaction level and recuperation effeet were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction level and effect in observation group was better than which in control group （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion In recu- perating of military cadres with hypertension, nursing path information system service can improve the sat- isfaction level and recuperate rehabilitation effect.
