摘　　要：针对PLC项目式教学中出现的问题,提出了将MCGS组态软件引入到PLC项目式教学中。以"混合液体控制系统"项目为例,详细阐述MCGS组态软件在PLC教学中的使用方法和仿真调试过程。实践证明,该教学方法能激发学生学习的热情,锻炼了学生的创新能力,加深学生对工业过程控制的感性认识,取得了良好的教学效果。Aimed at the problems appearing in PLC project teaching, this paper proposed that introducing MCGS configuration software into PLC project teaching. Taking the liquid mixture control system as an example, The application method and simulation debugging process of MCGS configuration software using in the course teaching of PLC were expounded. It was proven that the teaching method aroused the learning enthusiasm of the students, cultivated the students＇ creative ability and made students deeper understanding of industrial process controls. And much better teaching effect had been achieved.
