摘　　要：通过高校财务管理系统的开发可以使学校收费透明化,教职工工资条目清晰化,学校资产设备管理简单化,并且为学校提供了合理的资金预算解决方案。本文采用B/S架构,Java语言实现。系统主要采用的核心技术有Struts1技术和JDBC数据库访问技术。经测试,该系统界面友好,实现了高校财务管理系统的基本功能,减轻了高校财务管理人员的工作量,简化了财务工作流程。Development of financial management system allows school fee transparency, clarity entry staff wages and school equipment asset management simplification, and provides a reasonable solution for the capital budget for the school. In this paper, B/S architecture and Java language is used. The core technologies mainly used by the system include Strutsl technology and JDBC database access technology. After testing, the system is user-friendly, aehieves the basic functions of university financial management system, reduces the workload of university financial management, and simplifies the financial workflow.
