绿色住宅建筑与普通住宅建筑适用性对比研究——基于武汉城区的调查

摘　　要：随着科技发展,在社会大力倡导使用绿色节能技术的背景下,文章从用户体验出发,探讨绿色住宅建筑的适用性。根据调查数据,对指标进行量化处理,并选取隔热保温、日照采光、价格、基础设施、消防治安、水环境等6个方面13个指标来进行绿色住宅建筑与普通住宅建筑的对比分析,并从物业角度提出建议。With the development of science and technology and under the background of the society advocates the usage of green energy-saving technology, from the angle of user experience, this paper explores the applicability of the green residential building. According to the statistics, this paper quantifies the indexes and chooses 6 aspects and 13 indexes such as thermal insulation, sun lighting, price, infrastructure, fire control security, water environment to compare green residential building and ordinary residential building, and gives some suggestions from the angle of prooertv management enterprises.
