摘　　要：目的:运用化学筛选的方法(LC-MSn)研究北豆根中微量生物碱类化合物。方法:采用经典的酸提碱沉法获得蝙蝠葛总生物碱,利用多种色谱法相结合分离生物碱类化合物,NMR鉴定化合物结构。结果:从北豆根中分离得到4个微量生物碱类化合物,化合物1-4经波谱鉴定分别为cissampentin,costaricine,cycleatjehenine,2-N-Methyltelobine。结论:化合物1-4为从该植物中首次分离得到。Objective：Trace alkaloids from Menispermum dauricum can be obtained by using chemical screening （ LC-MSn ） .Methods： The roots of Menispermum dauricum were extracted and total akaloids were obtained.The total akaloids were separated by column chromatography.The structures of the compounds were established by NMR spectra. Results： Four trace alkaloid compounds named cissampentin, costaricine, cycleatjehenine and 2-N-Methyltelobine were isolated from the plant.Conclution：Compounds 1-4 are obtained from the plant for the first time.
