摘  要:系统地介绍了几种针对燃煤电厂除尘系统进行改造以减少PM2.5排放的技术,包括改进型电除尘器、电袋复合技术及团聚(凝并)技术等,其中团聚(凝并)技术又分为电凝并、声团聚、化学团聚、热团聚和蒸汽相变技术等,并分析了各自的优缺点和存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。从经济性的角度讲,化学团聚与蒸汽相变技术的应用前景较为广阔,这两种技术实现起来相对简单,而且与电除尘器的结合也较为容易,可作为改造技术的优先选择。This paper introduced some transformation techniques in the dust removal system for coal-fired power plant to systematically reduce PM2.5 emission, including improved electrostatic precipitation, electric-bag composite technology, agglomeration technology and so on. The agglomeration technology comprised electric agglomeration, sound agglomeration, chemical agglomeration, heat agglomeration, vapor heterogeneous condensation technology and etc. In this research, the traits and problems of these technologies were analyzed, and some corresponding suggestions were put forward. From the viewpoint of economy, chemical agglomeration and vapor heterogeneous condensation technology should be wildly used as these two technologies were easily implemented and could be easily combined with electrostatic precipitation, which should be the choice of priority.
