半夏厚朴汤对顺铂作用后小鼠胃肠排空的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究半夏厚朴汤对使用化疗药物后小鼠胃残留率及小肠推进率的影响。方法:以小鼠为模型,随机分为空白组、半夏厚朴汤组、吗丁啉组、顺铂组、半夏厚朴汤合顺铂组、吗丁啉合顺铂组,每组10只,给药7天后,采用营养性半固体黑色糊同时测定小鼠胃排空及小肠推进。结果:与空白组比较,半夏厚朴汤组和吗丁啉组胃残留率明显降低(P﹤0.05),小肠推进率明显增加(P﹤0.05),而两组间无显著差异(P﹥0.05);与顺铂组比较,半夏厚朴汤合顺铂组及吗丁啉合顺铂组胃残留率显著降低(P﹤0.01),小肠推进率显著增加(P﹤0.01),而两组间无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:半夏厚朴汤能够拮抗顺铂对小鼠胃肠排空的抑制作用,且与吗丁啉作用相当。Objective： To explore the impact of banxia houpo Tang on the rate of gastric residuals and the propulsive rate of the small intestine in the mice after treated with chemotherapeutics. Methods： The model of mice was randomly divided into blank control group,ban xia hou po tang group,domperidone group,cisplatin group,banxia houpo tang combined with cisplatin group,domperidone combination with cisplatin group,with 10 mice in each group. After the administration of 7 days,the rate of gastric residuals and small intestinal propulsive in the mice were examined by the nutritional black semi-solid paste. Results： Compared with the blank control group,the rate of gastric residuals in both banxia houpo tang group and domperidone group decreased obviously residuals（ P 〈0. 05）,and the propulsive rate of small intestinal significantly increased（ P 〈0. 05）,whereas there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）; compared with the cisplatin group,the rate of gastric residuals in banxia houpo tang combined with cisplatin group and domperidone combined with cisplatin group significantly decreased（ P〈0. 01）,and the propulsive rate of the small intestinal significant increased（ P 〈0. 01）,but the difference was not significant between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： banxia houpo tang can antagonize the inhibited function to gastrointestinal emptying of mice of cisplatin,and has the similar effect on that of the domperidone.
