摘 要:以活性红B-4BD模拟染色废水为研究对象,将Fenton氧化法与絮凝法相结合,首先采用适当的Fenton试剂对废水进行氧化降解,改善有机物的水溶性,然后筛选出合适的絮凝剂进行后处理.结果表明,Fenton-絮凝法对模拟染色废水的处理效果较好,Fenton氧化法有自动调节p H的功能,Fe2+、H2O2及絮凝剂的用量与污染物浓度有关,处理前需通过试验确定,CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到87.41%和99%以上.实际印染废水的处理结果也令人满意,CODCr和色度去除率分别达到83.67%和89.06%.A process of combining Fenton oxidation with coagulation process was applied to treat simulated dyeing wastewater of Reactive Red B-4BD. Firstly, appropriate Fenton reagent was chosen for oxidation and degradation of wastewater to improve the water solubility of organic compounds, and then suitable flocculant was screened for the post treatment. The results showed that treatment of simulated dyeing wastewater by Fenton-coagulation process was effective. Fenton oxidation could automatically adjust pH. The amounts of Fe^2+, H2O2 and flocculant depend on the concentration of the pollutant. It should be determined by experiment before wastewater treatment. The removal rates of CODCr and chromaticity reached 87.41% and above 99%, respectively. The results of the treatment of actual printing and dyeing wastewater were also satisfying, and the removal rates of CODCr and chromaticity were 83.67% and 89.06%, respectively.
