摘 要:将纺织助剂中各种形式的磷转化成正磷酸盐,再在酸性条件和锑盐存在下与钼酸铵反应生成磷钼杂多酸,用抗坏血酸把磷钼杂多酸还原成磷钼蓝络合物,使用890 nm处短波近红外分光光度法测定纺织助剂中的磷酸盐.该方法灵敏、干扰少,测定底限为1.6 mg/kg,平均加标回收率在88.4%~103.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.99%~3.56%.Various forms of phosphorus in the textile auxiliaries were turned into orthophosphate. In the presence of antimony salt, orthophosphate was reacted with ammonium molybdate in the acidic conditions to generate phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid, which was then reduced to blue complex of phosphorus molybdenum by ascorbic acid. The phosphates in textile auxiliaries were determined by short-wave near infrared spectrophotometry at 890 nm. The method was of high sensitivity, less interference, low determination limit of 1.6 mg/kg, with respect to the average standard recovery was 88.4%-103.0%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.99%~3.56%.
