摘　　要：分析了目前国内城市出租车行业存在的问题使得出租车合乘模式存在的可能性,以及合乘模式能够带来的经济效益和社会效益,对出租汽车信息管理系统中的出租车电召平台进行了基础研究,以宁波市为例提出了出租车合乘模式,对相关调度流程、计价标准,以及收益分析等问题进行了探讨,为后期出租车合乘模式的推行提供了理论基础.This paper analyzed the possibility of currently domestic cities taxi industry problems making the taxi ridesharing mode existing and economic and social benefits the ridesharing mode can bring. After taking basic research on taxi on-call platform of the Ningbo city taxi information management system, we proposed taxi ridesharing mode and discussed the related scheduling processes, valuation standards and benefit analysis and other issues to provide a theoretical foundation for the latter imple- mentation of taxi ridesharing mode.
