摘  要:介绍了FEMA P58提出的新一代建筑抗震性能评估方法。此法适用于新建筑和既有建筑的抗震性能评估,能够评估未来地震下单个建筑的反应结果。评估结果用包括人员伤亡、修复和重建造价以及居住中断时间等的概率分布表达,便于设计人员与业主、投资人或房屋用户等进行沟通。设计人员通过计算性能指标,可以比较不同结构体系潜在年平均地震风险或不同抗震加固方法的效果。业主可根据性能指标作各种决策,如结构体系的选择及房屋成本控制等。本法可对某一特定地震动强度或某一震级、震中距地震以及某一时间段内可能发生的全部地震情况下的建筑抗震性能进行评估。The FEMA P-58 next-generation building seismic performance assessment method is introduced in this paper. The method is applicable to the assessment of new or existing buildings, and provides engineers with the ability for assessing the consequences of an individual building' s response to future earthquakes. Consequences are expressed as probability distributions for casualties and repair costs and are expressed both in monetary system and occupancy interruption time. It is commodious for communication performance in ways that better relate to the deci- sion-making needs of stakeholders. Through the calculation of performance index, designers can compare what performance should be used as the basis for design of new buildings or upgrade of existing buildings, and owners can make various decisions based on performance indices, such as the selection of structure system and housing cost control. To evaluate the seismic performance of buildings can be possible on the basis of a given ground motion intensity, or a certain magnitude, epicentral distance of the earthquake and a period of time all under seismic conditions.
