数控地毯样品织机提花系统的设计及图像处理的研究

摘　　要：文章主要是对面向阿克明斯特地毯的打样织机进行了数控提花选纱系统的研究,针对上位机采用VB6.0进行软件设计,实现了地毯图案花型数据的读取与转换;并借助Matlab工具实现地毯图案的算法编程及图像色彩增强。A new kind of yarn selection system for NC carpet sampling machine was presented in the paper. PC system software was developed based on Visual Basic 6.0 to read and convert carpet pattern data. The programming algorithm and image color enhancement were achieved with the help of Matlab tools.
