焦点解决短期治疗在台湾地区学校辅导中的应用

摘　　要：焦点解决短期治疗(SFBT)对校园辅导工作具有高度的适用性,体现在:强调尊重与发展的正向人性观、短期与行动导向的有效特性,以及启动校园各方资源合作的系统导向。SFBT应用于台湾地区学校辅导工作之成效的研究成果可分为三方面说明:第一,SFBT对于青少年诸多议题皆有帮助;第二,焦点解决取向的训练与学习,能大力提升学校辅导教师之专业效能;第三,以焦点解决取向进行学校辅导教师的督导及训练,能协助其对SFBT于校园的应用成果。Solution focused brief therapy （SFBT） has high applicability in school counseling settings. Those three characteristics of SFBT are： （1） A philosophy emphasizing respecting and positively developing one＇s innate human potential; （2） The efficacy of SFBT＇s short-term, action oriented approach; and （3） This systematic approach also facilitates cooperation between school officials, counselors, and supervisors. Furthermore, this article introduces research outcomes of SFBT＇s applying in school counseling works in Tai-wan. Firstly, SFBT effectively treats plenty of adolescent issues in Taiwan. Secondly,. being trained in SFBT enhances Taiwan＇s school counselors＇ professional efficacy. Thirdly, using an SF approach to supervise and train Taiwan＇s school counselors assists them in applying SFBT in school counseling settings.
