摘 要:研究了常规锻造工艺与"高低高低"锻造工艺对TA12A钛合金大规格棒材组织和性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:采用"高低高低"锻造工艺获得的棒材,其微观显微组织中的初生α相等轴化程度高,含量约为65%,棒材的微观显微组织差异性较小,均匀性良好;而常规锻造工艺获得棒材的微观显微组织均匀性欠佳,且心部微观显微组织存在一定的取向。"高低高低"锻造工艺获得的棒材室温性能与高温性能均优于常规锻造工艺。The influences of traditional forging process and the "HLHL" (high low high low) forging process on mierostructure and properties of large-sized titanium alloy TA12A bar were studied. The research results show that the bar can be obtained by "HLHL" forging process with a high coaxial degree of primary α in its microstructure, and its content is about 65%. Furthermore, there are less differences and good uniformity in the microstructure of the bar. However, the microstructure uniformity is poor, and there is a certain alignment in the heart mierostructure in conventional forging process. Both room temperature and high temperature properties of bar gained by HLHL" ( high low high low) process are better than that of the traditional forging process.
