摘  要:【目的】利用导入系群体检测来自小粒野生稻产量相关性状的有利QTL,为水稻超高产育种提供新的基因资源。【方法】利用小粒野生稻与栽培稻IR24构建的高代回交导入系,通过早、晚两季的重复试验,应用Windows QTL Cartographer 2.5软件的复合区间作图法对该群体进行每株穗数(PNR)、单穗长(PLH)、千粒重(TGW)、每穗实粒数(FGP)、每穗总粒数(SPP)、单株重(YGP)等6个产量相关性状的QTL检测及遗传效应分析。【结果】早、晚两季分别检测到20和17个与产量相关的QTL,其中,控制每株穗数、单穗长、千粒重、每穗实粒数、每穗总粒数和单株重的QTL分别有3、6、6、4、3和5个。两季均检测到的QTL有10个,分别为单穗长QTL q PLH-2、q PLH-5,千粒重QTL q TGW1.1、q TGW3、q TGW9、q TGW12,每穗总粒数QTL q SPP-1,单株重QTL q YGP-1.2、q YGP-3、q YGP-12,其平均表型贡献率分别为7.38%、10.01%、8.51%、14.66%、10.23%、17.00%、6.80%、7.69%、20.35%和16.23%。【结论】两季共检测到13个来自小粒野生稻的有利QTL,其中q PLH-2、q TGW-1.1、q TGW-9、q TGW-12、q SPP-1、q YGP-12等6个QTL在两季试验中均稳定表达,推测其可能在超高产育种方面发挥重要作用。【Objective】The favorable yield-related quantitative trait locus(QTL) of Oryza minuta was detected by using substitution lines to provide new gene resources for breeding super-high-yield rice. 【Method】The advanced backcrossing substitution lines were constructed based on O. minuta and cultivated rice IR24. Six yield-related QTLs were detected in repeated tests of early and late season, and which were analysed from the aspect of hereditary effects by using composite interval mapping of Windows QTL Cartographer 2.5 sortware. 【Result】The result showed that there were twenty yieldrelated QTLs in early season and seventeen yield-related QTLs in late season to be found. Among them, the number of QTLs controlling panicle number per plant(PNR), panicle length(PLH), thousand-grain weight(TGW), filled grain per panicle(FGP), spikelets per panicle(SPP) and yield of grain per plant(YGP) were 3, 6, 6, 6, 4, 3 and 5, respectively.Ten QTLs viz., q PLH-2, q PLH-5, q TGW1.1, q TGW3, q TGW9, q TGW12, q SPP-1, q YGP-1.2, q YGP-3 and q YGP-12 were detected simultaneously in two seasons, and the average phenotypic contribution rates of which were 7.38%,10.01%, 8.51%, 14.66%, 10.23%, 17.00%, 6.80%, 7.69%, 20.35% and 16.23%, respectively. 【Conclusion】Thirteen favorable QTLs of O. minuta are detected out in two seasons, six of which viz., q PLH-2, q TGW-1.1, q TGW-9, q TGW-12, q SPP-1 and q YGP-12 may be play important role in the super-high-yield rice breeding.
