摘 要:【目的】从化感作用角度筛选适宜与云南文山三七进行轮作的植物,为建立合理的三七轮作体系提供理论依据。【方法】采用生物测定的方法,分析不同配比三七绒根腐解液及绒根粉土壤添加量对玉米和小麦的化感效应,并比较这两种农作物对三七化感效应的敏感性差异。【结果】三七绒根腐解液配比低(1∶100)或绒根粉土壤添加量小(2%)时,对受体植物存在弱的化感抑制作用或化感促进作用;随着绒根腐解液配比增大(1∶10-1∶1)或绒根粉添加量增加(4%-16%)时,对受体植物整体上存在化感抑制作用。受体植物幼苗生长阶段更易受化感物质的影响,其中以幼苗苗高的敏感性较强;玉米对三七化感效应的敏感指数(绝对值)(MSI3=-0.0211)低于小麦(MSI3=-0.1465)。【结论】不同配比的三七绒根腐解液和绒根粉土壤添加量对受体植物的化感作用不同;玉米对三七化感作用的敏感性比小麦弱,更适宜与三七进行轮作。【Objective】The plants which were suitable for crop rotation with P. notoginseng of Wenshan, Yunnan province were screened to provide theoretical basis for establishing efficient model of crop rotation system. 【Method】By using the bioassay method, the allelopathic effects of P. notoginseng on maize and wheat was studied under different proportion of fibrous root decomposed liquid and different additive amount of fibrous root powder. Then, the differences in sensitivity of allelopathic effect between maize and wheat were compared and analysed. 【Result】P. notoginseng fibrous root at low proportion(1∶100) and additive amount(2%) had inhibitory or acceerative impact on allelopathic effects on receptor plants. And P. notoginseng fibrous root at high proportion(1∶10-1∶1) and additive amount(4%-16%) had inhibitory impact on allelopathic effects on receptor plants. Furthermore, compared with seeds at germination stage, the seedlings at growth stages was more likely to be affected by allelochemicals, especially seedling height. In addition, the sensitive index of allelopathic effect of P. notoginseng on maize(MSI3=-0.0211) was lower than that on wheat(MSI3=-0.0211). 【Conclusion】The allelopathic effects of P. notoginseng on different receptor plants are different under different proportion of fibrous root decomposed liquid and different additive amount of fibrous root powder. Therefore maize is more suitable for crop rotation than wheat becauese maize has weaker sensitivity of allelopathic effects.
