摘  要:【目的】研究家蚕地面条桑育饲料效率及其对蚕茧质量的影响,为亚热带蚕区推广桑蚕条桑育技术提供参考依据。【方法】以地面叶片育为对照,调查地面条桑育家蚕的食下干量、食下率、消化率等生理指标及蚕茧的全茧量、茧层量、茧丝长、解舒率等质量指标。【结果】不同季节的条桑育茧重转换效率和茧层生产效率均高于叶片育,食下量则低于片叶育,可有效提高饲料效率,节省桑叶用量,且条桑育在气候炎热的夏秋季节更具优势。【结论】在地处亚热带的广西蚕区适合发展地面条桑育,有利于提高蚕茧生产的劳动效率,实现家蚕的规模化发展。【Objective】The effect of shoot rearing of silkworm on floor to feed efficiency and cocoon quality was investigated to provide theoretic foundation for promoting shoot rearing technique in subtropical silkworm rearing area. 【Method】Using shoot rearing on floor method, the physiological and biochemical indexes of silkworm and quality indexes silkworm cocoon were investigated, including intake of dry food, rate of food intake, digestibility, cocoon weight, cocoon shell wight, bave length, reelability percentage, compared with leaf rearing on floor method. 【Result】The results showed that the conversion efficiency of cocoon weight and productivity of cocoon shell of shoot rearing were higher than that of leaf rearing, and the dry food intake of shoot rearing was less than that of leaf rearing. Therefore, the shoot rearing method could improve feed efficiency and save mulberry leaf, and which had more advantageous in torrid summer and autumn.【Conclusion】The shoot rearing of silkworm on floor is more suitable for applying in subtropical silkworm rearing area of Guangxi so that the labour efficiency of cocoon production can be improved and the scale development of silkworm will come true.
