河北省蔬菜出口贸易影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析河北省蔬菜出口规模、结构及主要影响因素,为政府决策部门和科研工作者提供参考。【方法】在分析2004-2013年河北省出口蔬菜贸易规模及结构的基础上,利用古诺双寡头模型倒推法实证分析影响河北省蔬菜出口贸易产品差异化的主要因素。【结果】2004-2013年河北省蔬菜出口量和出口额整体呈上升趋势,仅在个别年份出现小幅波动,但出口蔬菜品质较低、深加工出口蔬菜少、出口市场结构单一、贸易风险较大。河北省蔬菜出口额与进口国的经济发展水平呈正比,与二者之间的距离呈反比。【建议】应完善市场信息公开制度、促进种植结构合理化,丰富出口蔬菜品种、促进产品结构多元化,打造自有品牌、抵消距离成本,扩大出口市场、规避贸易风险,加强专业培训、完善政府监管等,以促进河北省蔬菜出口贸易健康、快速发展。【Objective】The scale, structure and main influencing factors of vegetable export in Hebei province during2004-2013 were analysed to provide references for decision-making departments and researchers. 【Method】Based on analysis of trade scale and structure of vegetable export in Hebei province during 2004-2013, the key factors affecting vegetable export product differentiation in Hebei province were analysed by using backward inference method of Cournot duopoly model. 【Result】The results showed that there were increasing trends of export value and quantity of vegetable in Hebei province during 2004-2013 on the whole, except for slight fluctuations only in individual years. However, there still existed some problems regarding lower-quality vegetable, lack of deep-processed vegetable, single market structure and enormous trade risk. In addition, the export value of Hebei province was proportional to economic development level of importing nation, and inversely proportional to distance between Hebei province and importing nation. 【Suggestion】In order to promote vegetable export of Hebei province to develop healthily and rapidly, some suggestions have been put forward, which include improving information publicity system, promoting rationalization of planting structure, enriching product variety, enhancing structural diversity, establishing own brand, counteracting distance costs, expanding export markets, evading trade risks, strengthening professional training, improving government supervision.
