摘 要:目的:建立藏药二十一味寒水石丸的HPLC指纹图谱,为评价其质量提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为迪马Diamonsil-2 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长208 nm,进样量10μL。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2004A版)对10批样品进行共有峰确认及相似度评价。结果:10批二十一味寒水石丸共检出16个共有峰,并指认出没食子酸、芦丁、槲皮素、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、土木香内酯和异土木香内酯7个化学成分。10批样品指纹图谱的相似度均>0.91。并通过主成分聚类分析,将不同年份的10批样品分为2类。结论:该研究为藏药二十一味寒水石丸的全面质量评价奠定了基础。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Ershiyiwei Hanshuishi pills for its quality control. Methods: The determination was performed on a Diamonsil-2 C1s column (4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) ; aeetonitrile and water containing 0. 1% phosphoric acid were used as the mobile phase with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL .min-1; the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm, and sample size was 10 μL. The similarity of 10 batches of samples were evaluated by using Similarity Calculation Software of TCM Chromatogram Fingerprint (2004A edition). Results: 16 common peaks were identified in 10 batches of samples, and 7 chemical compounds were identified, such as gallic acid, rutin, quercetin, costunolide, dehydroeostus lactone, alantolactone, and isoalantolacton. The similarity of fingerprint were all higher than 0. 91. Samples from different years were classified into two groups based on principal component cluster analysis. Conclusion: The study lays a foundation for the overall quality evaluation of Ershiyiwei Hanshuishi pills.
