摘 要:目的:建立一种纸基-表面增强拉曼光谱方法对染色掺伪的红花进行检测。方法:用浸泡法制备的银胶纸作为拭子擦拭经乙醇溶液润湿的红花,对拭子的擦拭区进行SERS检测。先后对拭子的浸泡时间、干燥条件和乙醇溶液的浓度等因素进行优化。结果:成功检测经甲基红、碱性品红、金胺O和对氨基偶氮苯4种常见染料染色的红花药材。结论:纸基-表面增强拉曼光谱法可实现对染色红花的快速、简单、灵敏和无损的检测,并满足现场快检的需求。Objective :To establish a paper-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) method for the detection of dyed safflower. Methods:The Ag NPs-wipers were synthesized by soaking method. The dried wipers were used to wipe the dyed safflower wetted by ethanol, and then the wiper zones were immediately detected by a portable Raman spectrometer. Factors including the dipping time and drying type of wiper, concentration of ethanol were in- vestigated and optimized. Results:The dyed safflowers, stained by methyl red, basic fuchsin, auramine O and p -ami- noazobenzene, were successfully detected using the established method. Conclusion: The combination of Ag NPs- wiper and SERS technology enables a rapid, simple, sensitive and non-destructive detection, which fits the requirements of large field tests.
