摘 要:提高农民收入具有重要的现实意义。通过调查重庆13县区2007—2013年的统计数据,采用主成分分析方法计算各县区7年农业科技进步综合得分,以此评价各县区的农业科技进步。然后对农业科技进步与农民收入进行回归分析,研究发现农业科技进步对提高农民收入的两条路径:一是通过创新,加快农业科技进步,从而直接提高农民收入;二是通过农业科技进步提高生产效率,产生劳动力剩余,然后剩余劳动力向城镇转移就业,间接提高农民收入。据此提出提高农民收入的对策建议。It is an important practical significance for increasing farmers' income. Using principal component analysis, this paper used the statistical data of 13 districts and counties in Chongqing in 2007-2013 to calculate the composite score of progress of agricultural science and technology, in order to evaluate the county's progress of agricultural science and technology. Then the paper carried on regression analysis to study the relationship between the progress of agricultural science and technology and farmers" income. The results showed that there were two ways to improve farmers" income through the progress of agricultural science and technology. First, innovation accelerated the progress of agricultural science and technology, then improved the income of farmers. Second, by improving production efficiency, producing labor surplus, the progress of agricultural science and technology indirectly increased farmers' income. Finally, the paper proposed policy countermeasures to improve farmers' income.
