摘 要:近年来,我国城市基础设施建设的蓬勃发展引起房地产价格不断上涨。本文构建了城市基础设施建设影响房价的中介效应模型,利用我国35个大中城市从2002年到2012年的面板数据进行实证研究。结果表明:在样本期内城市基础设施建设促进了房价上涨,主要原因是城市基础设施建设提高了居民的住房购买能力、增加了居民对房屋的需求。In recent years, prosperous development of municipal infrastructure construction has caused continuously rising housing price in China. In this paper, the author established the mesomeric effect model of municipal infrastructure construction on housing price. Besides, the author made an empirical research on plate data of 35 big and medium-sized Chinese cities from 2002 to 2012. According to the analysis result, within the sample period, municipal infrastructure construction improved the housing price. Rise of housing price is mainly resulted from improvement to citizens' purchasing power and increase in citizens' demands for houses caused by municipal infrastructure construction.
