摘  要:通过共聚反应制备了羟基硅油质量分数不同的聚酰胺(PA)6–羟基硅油共聚物,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热失重分析对产物的结构和热性能进行表征,测试了共聚物的吸水性、抗静电性能和力学性能,并将其与先前制备的PA6–聚醚硅油共聚物的性能进行比较。结果表明,反应确实生成了软硬段以酯基相连接的共聚物;共聚物的起始热分解温度在400℃以上,具备良好的热稳定性;羟基硅油的加入有效降低了PA6的表面电阻率,稳定在1010Ω级别;共聚物的吸水率随羟基硅油含量上升趋于稳定;羟基硅油对PA6有良好的增韧作用;PA6–羟基硅油共聚物的抗静电能力要低于PA6–聚醚硅油共聚物,而热稳定性和力学性能强于PA6–聚醚硅油共聚物。PA6–hydroxyl silicone oil copolymers with different hydroxyl silicone oil contents were synthesized by copolymerization.The structure,thermal properties of the products were characterized by FTIR,TGA,and the antistatic,hygroscopicity and mechanical properties of copolymers were tested and compared with those of PA6–polyether-siloxane copolymers.The results show that esterification reaction occurs between PA6 pre-polymer and hydroxyl silicone oil,and hard and soft segments are connected by ester bonds to form copolymers.Copolymers have good thermal stability and decomposition temperature is above 400℃.Hydroxyl silicone oil can reduce the surface resistance of PA6 to 1010Ω grade and increase the tough-ness of PA6.The water absorption of the copolymers tends to be stable with the increase of hydroxy silicone oil content.The antistatic ability of PA6–hydroxy silicone oil copolymers is lower than that of PA6–polyether-siloxane copolymers,while the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PA6–hydroxy silicone oil copolymer are stronger.
