摘 要:选取共聚聚丙烯(PP)与均聚PP按适当比例混合作为树脂基体,添加适当比例的阻燃剂提高材料的阻燃性,添加适当比例的增韧剂提高材料的韧性,加入玻璃纤维以提高材料的刚性,并为了提高上述组分之间的界面结合度,加入界面改性剂,最后通过单螺杆挤出机造粒得到增强阻燃PP复合材料。结果表明,该增强阻燃PP材料阻燃性能及力学性能出众,尺寸稳定性强,可以应用在电子、电器、汽车、轮船、建筑、包装等领域。Copolymerized polypropylene(PP) and homopolymer PP were mixed according to a proper proportion as matrix resin,adding an appropriate proportion of flame retardant agent to improve flame retardancy of the composites,adding the appropriate proportion of toughening agent to improve toughness of the composites,adding glass fiber to improve rigid of the composites,and in order to improve the interfacial adhesion between the above components,the interface modifier was added.Finally through a single screw extrusion granulator,glass fiber reinforced flame retardant PP composite was obtained.The results show that retardancy and mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced flame retardant PP are outstanding and size stability is good,which can be applied in the field of electronics,electrical appliances,automobiles,ships,construction,packaging etc.
