摘　　要：分析了鼠标外壳塑件的工艺特征,设计了该产品的注塑模具。根据产品的尺寸和结构特点,模具采用一模两腔布局,介绍了模具设计特点和模具工作过程。实际生产证明,该模具结构设计合理,动作可靠。The injection mold was designed by analyzing the process characteristics of mouse shell.According to the plastic part size and structural features,injection mold with one module and two cavities was used,the design characteristics and working process of the mouldwas introduced.It is proved that this mould has a reasonable design and reliable motion.
