摘 要:报道了一种可抛弃型血砷电化学传感器的制备方法。该传感器以投影胶片(PET)作为载体,基于原位生长的方法,制备具有良好电化学性能的柔性Au膜基底电板,然后采用简单的滴涂成膜方法在其表面修饰多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)。在3mol/LHCl中,所制备的MWCNTs修饰Au膜电极对As(Ⅲ)的电化学氧化表现出灵敏的响应。在优化检测条件下,As(Ⅲ)在0.16V处的氧化峰电流与其浓度在20~100μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其检测限可达10μg/L。该血砷电化学传感器具有良好的重现性和稳定性,已成功应用于临床血样中As(Ⅲ)的直接电化学检测。A disposable electrochemical sensor of As(Ⅲ)based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)modified gold strip electrodes was fabricated.The gold strip electrodes were prepared by a seeded growth method using polyethylene terephthalate(PET)films as the template,which possessed electrochemical performance comparable to commercial gold disk electrodes but with better flexibility and size controllability.The modification of the gold strip electrodes with MWCNTs by drop casting produced a thin-film electrochemical sensor,which showed a sensitive electrochemical response toward the oxidation of As(Ⅲ)in 3.0 mol/L HCl solution.Under optimized working conditions,the oxidation peak current of As(Ⅲ)at 0.16 Vlinearly increased with its concentration in the range of 20-200μg/L,along with a detection limit of 10μg/L.The arsenic sensor also possessed good stability and reproducibility,and was successfully applied to the detection of As(Ⅲ)in blood samples.
