摘  要:脱硫石膏中汞的含量和赋存状态直接影响汞的毒性和浸出特性,从而威胁人和环境的健康。选取标准合成石膏和实际脱硫石膏为研究对象,考察不同因素对汞浸出量的影响。结果表明,随着石膏浆液浓度从1%上升到20%,汞浸出量也不断增加,而汞浸出比例先下降后不变。浸出和搅拌时间的增加都对汞浸出量有促进作用。酸根离子中,Cl-促进效果最大,SO42-和NO3-效果较小。NH3会抑制汞的浸出,而NH4+有促进作用。2种石膏对上述因素的变化趋势一致,实际脱硫石膏的汞浸出量和变化幅度相对较大。当p H值从3增加到11时,标准合成石膏的汞浸出比例缓慢增加,而实际脱硫石膏的汞浸出比例先下降后上升,体现出一定差异。Mercury content and occurrence in desulfurization gypsum have an effect on mercury toxicity and leaching characteristics, thus threatening public health. Leaching characteristics of mercury in WFGD gypsum were studied, and results showed that when slurry concentration varies from 1% to 20%, leaching amount increases, and leaching ratio first decreases then keeps constant. Leaching and stirring time will stimulate leaching ratio. Acid radical ion will change the form of liquid mercury, thus affects the leaching ratio, with C1- as the largest promoting effect, and followed by SO4 2- and NO3- effects. NH3 can inhibit leaching of mercury, and NH4~ can promote it. The trend to the above factors is consistent. Mercury leaching amount and range of actual desulfurization gypsum is larger. When pH value increases from 3 to 11, mercury leaching ratio of standard synthetic gypsum increases slowly, and that of actual desulfurization gypsum rises after failing first, reflecting a certain difference.
