摘 要:为研究发酵床养猪甲烷排放情况,对南京六合猪场发酵床猪舍内CO2和CH4浓度进行测定,通过二氧化碳平衡法,估算了猪场甲烷排放通量,并分析垫料含水率、p H、温度和有机质的变化,探讨其对CH4排放的影响。结果表明:试验期间舍内CH4和CO2浓度总体上呈升高趋势,CO2平均浓度为894.81 mg/m3,明显低于猪舍环境质量标准推荐的CO2浓度标准(1 500 mg/m3);CH4平均浓度为1.59mg/m3,单只育肥猪平均CH4排放通量变化范围为122.48-162.09 mg/(h·头)或每标准动物单位排放量711.27~1 199.75 mg/(h·AU)。在不同影响因素中,垫料有机质含量是影响舍内甲烷排放量变化的最重要因素(r=0.949,P〈0.05),有机质含量越高,其甲烷排放潜力越大。To study methane emissions by carbon balance method, CO2 and CH4 concentration were determined in Liuhe Pig Bio-bed Farms, Nanjing. And to explore its effect on CH4 emissions, the litter moisture content, pH, temperature and organic matter changes were analyzed. The results showed that CH~ and CO2 concentration in barn was overall tended to increase, the average COs concentration was 894.81 mg/m3 that was lower than the piggery environmental quality standards recommended (1 500 rag/m3). The average CH4 concentration were 1.59 mg/m3, CH4 emission from pig house varied between 122.48~162.09 mg/(h ·pig) or 711.27-1 199.75 mg/(h·AU). By correlation analysis, organic matter is a major factor in the impact of methane emissions (r=0.949,P〈0.05), the higher content of organic matter,the greater potential methane emissions.
