摘 要:借助自制脉冲喷吹实验台,在不同喷吹压力和喷吹间距下,分别采用两种喷吹形式(Ф13 mm单喷吹孔与Ф13 mm单喷吹孔+滤筒外置文丘里)对Ф325 mm×660 mm滤筒进行脉冲喷吹清灰实验研究,通过压力峰值和压力上升速率对其最佳组合参数的结果进行对比分析。结果显示:加装文丘里后在0.6 MPa高压下,上、中、下三测点的压力峰值分别提高了63%、72%、39.5%,压力上升速率提高了16.83%、55.15%、-10.92%,即加装文丘里后可以明显提高滤筒上部和中部的清灰强度;进一步解释了文丘里可以延缓气体出流,积聚气流在滤筒内的作用时间。实验证明了加装文丘里能有效改善滤筒清灰效果。Using self-developed pulse-jet experiment table, the experiment was carried out to study dust--cleaning efficiency of Φ325 mm×660 mm pulse-jet cartridge by using two kinds of injection forms (ordinary injection hole with ~13 mm with and without Venturi) under various injection pressure and space, then compared and analyzed with the result of their optimum parameters with two indicators of pressure peak and pressure rise rate. Results showed pressure peak of filter cartridge wall increased respectively by 63%, 72% and 39.5%, pressure rise rate increased respectively by 16.83%, 55.15% and -10.92% after adding Venturi in 0.6 MPa, which indicated that adding Venturi can improve deashing intensity at upper and middle positions, and further explaining the Venturi can delay the air flow and gather effect time of airflow inside the filter cartridge. So, it proves that adding a Venturi can obviously improve the efficiency of pulse-jet dust-cleaning system.
