中国楤木水煎剂改善糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢及抗氧化作用

摘　　要：目的研究中国楤木(Aralia chinensis)水煎剂对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂及抗氧化能力的影响。方法Sprague-Dawle(SD)大鼠注射四氧嘧啶(alloxan,ALX)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、糖尿病模型组、二甲双胍阳性药物组、中国楤木水煎剂高、低剂量组,连续灌胃给药28 d,观察糖尿病模型组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(INS)、葡萄糖耐受量、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),胸腺和脾脏系数的变化。结果中国楤木水煎剂能够降低糖尿病模型大鼠FBG、Hb Alc,TC和TG水平,升高INS和HDL水平,但对LDL无明显变化。还可提高肝SOD活力,降低MDA水平,提升脾脏、胸腺系数。结论中国楤木水煎剂能有效改善糖尿病模型大鼠糖脂代谢,提高机体的抗氧化能力。AIM To study the effect of aqueous extract of A. chinensis on blood glucose,blood lipid and antioxidation in diabetic rats. METHODS Experimental diabetic model rats,induced by alloxan,were randomly divided into normal,diabetic and metformin groups. These rats received the stomach perfusion of high-,medium-,low-dose of aqueous extract from A. chinensis,hydrochloride and normal saline,respectively,for twenty-eight days. The changes of the levels of fasting levels of glucose（ FBG）,glucose tolerance,insulin（ INS）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb Alc）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,high density lipoprotein（ HDL）,low density liporotein（ LDL）,liver superoxide dismutase（ SOD） and liver malondialdehyde（ MDA）,spleen index and thymus index were observed. RESULTS Aqueous extract of A. chinensis could reduce the levels of FBG,Hb Alc TC and TG,increase the levels of INS and HDL in diabetic rats,but had no effect on LDL level. It also increased the SOD vitality and decreased the MDA content of liver significantly. Moreover,it could increase the spleen index and thymus index. CONCLUSION A. Chinensis aqueous extract can significantly improve the blood glucose and lipid metabolism and raise the antioxidation in diabetic rats.
