摘  要:目的采用正交设计和Box-Behnken响应曲面法优选复方石斛清肺散最佳提取工艺。方法出膏率、橙皮苷含有量为评价指标,通过正交设计初步优选提取工艺,Box-Behnken效应面法进一步优化工艺,从可行性和经济性确定最终提取工艺条件。结果正交设计优选的最佳工艺为12倍量50%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h;效应面法优化工艺为14倍量32%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论对比验证试验表明,Box-Behnken效应面法优化后提取溶剂用量稍增加,但乙醇体积分数显著降低,经济成本将大幅降低。AIM To establish and optimize the extraction of Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder( CSQP) by the orthogonal design and Box-Behnken design-response surface. METHODS The extraction of CSQP was initiated through the orthogonal design,and was then furtherly optimized by Box-Behnken design with the hesperidin content and the paste-forming rate assigned as indices. RESULTS The optimum extraction of orthogonal design was triplicated 12-fold use of 50% alcohol,1. 5 h for each time. The optimum extraction of Box-Behnken design was triplicated 14-fold use of 32% alcohol,1. 5 h for each time. CONCLUSION The extraction method by Box-Behnken design takes its economical advantage,with reference to the extraction by orthogonal design,in terms of a lower alcohol concentration requirement,in spite of an increased amount of alcohol consumption.
