摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时定量测定灵泽片(乌灵菌粉、莪术、浙贝母、泽泻)中牻牛儿酮和呋喃二烯。方法Dionex Acclaim 120 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm),流动相为乙腈和水,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温25℃;检测波长216 nm;进样量5μL。结果牻牛儿酮在2.21-44.24μg/m L的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率98.5%,RSD为1.6%;呋喃二烯在2.08-41.60μg/m L的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率97.3%,RSD为1.6%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,可以替代GC法测定牻牛儿酮。AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of germacrone and furanodiene from Lingze Tablets( Wuling Mycelia Powder,Curcumae Rhizoma,Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus,Alismatis Rhizoma). METHODS The analysis was carrierd out on Dionex Acclaim 120 C18column( 4. 6 mm ×250 mm × 5 μm) with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase and 1. 0 m L / min of flow rate gradient elution manner,the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ with 216 nm of detection wavelength and 5 μL injection volume. RESULTS Germacrone in the concentration range of 2. 21- 44. 24 μg / m L showed a good linear relationship with 98. 5% the average recovery and 1. 6% RSD; furanodiene within the concentration range of 2. 08-41. 60 μg / m L presented good linear relationship with 97. 3% the average recovery and 1. 6% RSD. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and can substitute for the GC quantitative determination of germacrone.
